Stories Fine Dining Establishment
Stories is named for its location on the second floor with views of pecan trees, the pool and golf course, and for the historical literary component of Bastrop. Stories, the resorts distinctive dining option with vaulted ceiling and rich, wildwood tabletops and exhibition kitchen, is open for dinner nightly. The Chef is creating innovative and seasonal specialties taking some of the menu influence from the Texas prairies, such as Venison, Quail, aged Beef Tenderloin, along with plank grilled wild Salmon.
Shellers Barrelhouse Bar and Grill
Shellers will be home to a handful of Texas microbrews, pool tables, dartboards, and local entertainment; serving Texas-inspired appetizers like spicy chicken wings and meals into the later hours each night.
